Erosion Control Overview
Whether you are excavating a land parcel for construction of a new home, commercial building, project site or just have concerns about erosion occurring on your property, it is essential that you have erosion control measures in place.
Erosion occurs when water or wind cause soil particles to detach from the grounds surface and then move them to another location.
Sometimes, the deposited soil particles may find their way to places that are undesirable such as a street or nearby body of water, this may invoke a NOV (Notice of Violation) by government agencies which may result in fines.
